Exchange/Return Policy

All orders are non-refundable, and I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item arrives damaged or defected, please send an email with photos within 10 days to crystalmanningart@gmail.com, and I will resolve the issue.

Digital Downloads

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
If you don’t receive your download email, please check your spam or junk folder first.
If it’s not there, send me an email with your order details, and I’ll be happy to resend the file directly to you.

As of October 25, 2025 there is a download limit of 2 per purchase.
This change was made because some users were taking advantage of unlimited downloads and sharing files with others. Please remember that sharing digital files without permission is considered theft and violates copyright.
