Moda Schoolhouse Blog Hop - Trellis Block

Welcome! I've never been a part of a blog hop before, I hope you are having just as much fun as I am. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy!

For my 18" block, I wanted to come up with a design that you could use larger floral prints with in the Botanica collection. I imagined flowers growing on a trellis which was my inspiration.

For Quilt Market, I decided to make my block into a throw pillow but would love to make a quilt too. I hope someone beats me to it! This was photographed in front of a little trellis we have in our back yard with honeysuckle and roses. It makes for a nice place to unwind and read.
