Block Heads 4: Block 17

I just completed my block for this week and it's a gorgeous one by Camille Roskelley of Thimble Blossoms titled "Shoreline." You can download the block instruction here.

My block is made with Paisley Rose fabrics and I decided to feature the roses in the center.

I've been as slow as molasses lately because I broke my elbow two weeks ago in a biking accident. The good news is that I can be fixed and I'll have my surgery Friday. I will spare you the gruesome details. The only silver lining I've been able to find is that I'll get through air port security faster.

We currently have some tomatoes ripening on the vine and I'll be looking forward to my first BLT for the season post surgery. Please bare with me as I get healed up, I've got some new things to share next week!
