Introducing Aberdeen
A Summer-Friendly Throw Quilt

Happy Friday, friends!

Today I’m excited to introduce Aberdeen, a brand-new quilt pattern I designed to go along with my Cannon Beach fabric collection for Moda. When I started mocking up ideas for this quilt, I knew I wanted something that would be easy to stitch and would let the florals and plaids in the collection really shine.

The design plays with value placement in a fun way, creating a look that reminds me of a classic summer plaid, but with flower blocks! The finished quilt measures 60" x 72", making it a perfect throw size and great for curling up on the porch with your favorite summer read or taking along on a picnic.

Cannon Beach is currently showing to quilt shops and is expected to ship in February, so now’s a great time to ask your local shop to carry it if they haven’t already.
